Arrive Fresh-Faced: Ensure your eyes and eyelids are completely free of mascara, eyeliner, heavy eye creams, concealer, or fake tan.
Remove Contact Lenses: Please wear your glasses to the clinic or bring your lens case, as contact lenses must be removed prior to treating the eyelid area.
Consult Your GP: While Xanthelasma are entirely benign, we always recommend mentioning them to your GP beforehand just to rule out any underlying lipid or health factors.
Post-Treatment Aftercare
Keep It Clean & Dry: Keep the eye area completely clean and dry for the first 48 hours to let the skin establish its natural healing crust.
Strictly No Makeup: Do not apply under-eye concealer, foundation, or eye shadow directly over the treated spots while the micro-crusts are healing.
Sun Protection: Protect the healing skin from direct sunlight and avoid UV exposure until the area is completely settled and healed.
