### 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

*Notice Period:** We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or modifications to your scheduled appointment.

*Late Cancellations & No-Shows:** Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of any booking deposits paid, at the clinic's sole discretion.

*Clinic Alterations:** In rare circumstances where the clinic must reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen emergencies, we will offer an alternative time slot or a full refund of any deposit collected for that session.

*Client Disclosure:** You agree to fully disclose all current medications, medical conditions, allergies, and skin history prior to undergoing any physical treatment. The clinic holds no liability for adverse reactions resulting from non-disclosure.

*Results Vary:** Cosmetic and clinical skin blemish removal outcomes vary dynamically based on individual skin types, healing processes, and adherence to prescribed aftercare instructions.

### 4. Payments and Pricing

*Payment Terms:** All fees for services rendered are due immediately upon the completion of your treatment session unless a pre-paid package or deposit system is active.

*Price Amendments:** The clinic reserves the right to modify service menus and pricing structures at any time without prior public notice.
